My husband did an online quote and we drove 5 hours to make the deal happen. Frances Vargas was our saleswoman and she far exceeded our expectations. We came wanting a particular outback and then we saw a make the deal happen. Frances Vargas was our saleswoman and she far exceeded our expectations. We came wanting a particular outback and then we saw a forrester and wanted to test drive that and she walked us through all the different features and then we decided on a higher level trim for the outback which she walked us though and let us test drive everything. She was patient and gave us privacy when needed to discuss things and was completely open and honest with us and transparent in pricing and what we would expect. I highly recommend Frances and we will definitely use her again. More
