He listened to details of what we were looking for; focused on the model we had found on the lot; and went above and beyond to expedite our being able to select, complete all paperwork, and take home our car within hours. In addition, Mike went out of his way to tell and show us how to use the many conveniences featured on the car, including hooking up our Bluetooth. More
