Great Experience I’m an out of state customer and I will not go anywhere else or to anyone else to purchase a vehicle. I did my research and knew that I wanted a RAM 1 I’m an out of state customer and I will not go anywhere else or to anyone else to purchase a vehicle. I did my research and knew that I wanted a RAM 1500. Being that I live out of state, I was not able to physically come down to see the vehicle I was interested in. Brandon was able to work with me through calls, e-mails and voicemail to get me the price and truck I wanted. All I had to do was come down one weekend, sign the paperwork and I drove away in my new truck! A truly great experience with Brandon and the rest of the Branhaven staff! More

Branhaven Gained a Lifetime Customer Where do I start? I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle, and I had my heart set on a Jeep. My boyfriend and I actually started out at a differ Where do I start? I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle, and I had my heart set on a Jeep. My boyfriend and I actually started out at a different Jeep dealership and unfortunately we had an awful experience with a salesman there. Buying a new vehicle is already stressful enough, nobody needs to feel belittled on top of it. That's when we tried Branhaven, and from the moment we stepped in the door, I already felt so much better. Mike P was our salesman and he was phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable about the cars, any questions we had were answered thoroughly. I felt so much more comfortable at Branhaven and working with Mike. They truly do care about their customers, it pays to shop at a family owned business. From now on, I will only head to Branhaven for all my car needs! And I recommend Mike P as a salesman! They made sure I knew what was on every document I signed and walked me through the entire process carefully so that nothing was missed. Everything was done in a timely manner. They had to factory order my vehicle, and even then the wait time for it was cut in half! They were even able to speed up the shipping time for me. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and the service provided for me. Everyone involved worked very hard to make sure my payments were where they needed to be and they put in so much of their time and efforts into making this process as simple and stress free as possible. I'd recommend this dealer to everyone. The atmosphere is so comfortable and the staff are amazing people. Definitely go see them if you're looking for Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge or Ram products.
