Patient and flexible I came in looking to get a Jeep but was unsure between financing and leasing and between new and certified used. Michael was very helpful in weighing I came in looking to get a Jeep but was unsure between financing and leasing and between new and certified used. Michael was very helpful in weighing pros and cons of each and didnt push me one way or the other once I had decided. I ended up deciding I want to finance a certified used Jeep instead of leasing a new one but they didn't have any colors I wanted so I remained undecided. As soon as they got new certified cars in the model and color I was interested in. I actually didn't have too great of an experience with the finance department at first but Jonathan ended up helping me and getting everything settled in a day. More
