I recently had an issue with the oil switch on my Acura, and Jonathan Roath was instrumental in resolving it. I have bought my car in 2017, I have done all my services here. I have had several issues over the years, but nothing this disrespectful. I had service completed yesterday after the service I went t work lat here. I have had several issues over the years, but nothing this disrespectful. I had service completed yesterday after the service I went t work later that same day. I was home today and decided to remove receipts from my car when I noticed I was missing my Jimmy choo cologne. I tried calling the store on several occasions with no success, I finally decided to drive over, I explained the situation they took my information and said Ray will be giving me a call, Ray called around 2:35pm with no sensible conclusion to my reports, I have now filed a police report awaiting response. More
