Our dealer was communicative, and very informative. We took advantage of the trade up program and ended up with with a car that met our needs better. Svc Mgr had a good attitude and was helpful. I would suggest that the workers who do the multi-point inspection should actually check off the items they check on the list and write down comments for any suggest that the workers who do the multi-point inspection should actually check off the items they check on the list and write down comments for anything unusual or worn. My report had one item checked off. It implies that's all they inspected. I heard they added air to the tires which I know were low because I got warnings. But no mention of it in the report! More

I have been bringing my Cross-Trek to Royal Moore since I bought her five years ago. I have always received excellent service. I named my car Luna and now when I come in for service the crew says "there's Lu bought her five years ago. I have always received excellent service. I named my car Luna and now when I come in for service the crew says "there's Luna," so very personal. I never feel pressured about service recommendations and that the team is honest about what can wait and what is necessary. I highly recommend. More
