Svc Mgr had a good attitude and was helpful. My report had one item checked off. It implies that's all they inspected. I heard they added air to the tires which I know were low because I got warnings. But no mention of it in the report! More

I have been bringing my Cross-Trek to Royal Moore since I bought her five years ago. I have always received excellent service. I named my car Luna and now when I come in for service the crew says "there's Lu bought her five years ago. I have always received excellent service.
