Thank you for your feedback. We value our customers and are committed to providing the best service possible. We regret to hear about the issues you are experiencing with the 2009 Silverado. It's important to note that this vehicle, with 115,000 miles was previously owned by one of our technicians and was maintained meticulously. However, as with any 15-year-old vehicle, there may be minor issues that were not apparent at the time of sale. By your admission during our conversation you did not make us aware of any issues with the truck and we only were made aware of your concerns when we read your review. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address any issues beforehand and are more than willing to assist all our customers in resolving any problems if given the opportunity.
