My experience at Lexus of Sarasota was outstanding. As soon as we walked through the door we were greated by many different employees with big smiles. Austin Penman was my sales rep he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidence. He made sure that I was going to get the best deal out of the car I was interested in and not only that he made sure that it met all of my wants and needs in a new vehicle. Don’t let me forget that the sales manager Daniel Mangiafico on duty that day was never far and always made sure we were doing good and that Austin was treating us with the best customer service. Our finance Jordan Kripas agent was absolutely outstanding, very friendly, also very knowledgeable. He had us in and out of the office in no time. Shortly after Austin was handing me keys to my freshly detailed car and I was on my way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sending a big thanks to the Lexus of Sarasota team. More
