Ok if you like to be played. Went in to buy a used car that was advertised online with a price plus tax, fees, and a total. Have over 800 credit score and was going to put 40% do Went in to buy a used car that was advertised online with a price plus tax, fees, and a total. Have over 800 credit score and was going to put 40% down. What a clown show. Serious waste of time with all the "old school" used car sales tricks with jacked up fees, "mandatory" add-ons (which is illegal by the way) and all the lame back and forth time wasting things. Tried to add 10K to the price with fluff and wouldn't just get to the bottom line. Walked out. More

Sales experience was amazing, very knowledgeable, and premium experience. Very high pressure on 3rd party warranties at the end of the sales process is the only reason this wasn't 5 star overall - need t premium experience. Everything was great up until I was told that I must purchase extra services such as the exterior ceramic protection and anti theft guard. This really upset me because I had not even tried to negotiate purchase extra services such as the exterior ceramic protection and anti theft guard. This really upset me because I had not even tried to negotiate the price on the vehicle and wasn’t told these where necessary until I was at the point of signing for the numbers. This is when I was presented with the extra charges totaling over $1500. Julio was great but Jordan was the one that would not budge on removing the extra charges. More
