Had a great experience with Victor, however, I feel like Tania in Finance was deceptive. After telling her "no" several times to adding a warranty package, my husband left the room for a few minutes to empt Tania in Finance was deceptive. After telling her "no" several times to adding a warranty package, my husband left the room for a few minutes to empty out the car we were trading in. While he was gone, Tania told me that she would be able to get me the warranty package for free. I questioned her, but was assured that the warranty was free. After getting home and reviewing my contract, Tania charged me $1750 for the "free" coverage. I feel like Tania took advantage of me the moment she had me alone in the room with her. I returned back to the dealership days later to get this refunded, and dealt with Jordan at that time. Jordan listened to the issue, and was helpful in directing me how to cancel the warranty. Other than the deceptive financing practiced by Tania, I had a great experience at this dealership. More

The salesperson didn't provide me with an owners manual to the vehicle. I asked him several times for it and he couldn't produce one. He kept telling that he had a bag for me to transfer my items from my t to the vehicle. I asked him several times for it and he couldn't produce one. He kept telling that he had a bag for me to transfer my items from my trade-in to my new car and never provided it. He has a pleasant demeanor, but I think he lost interest near the end of the interaction. He didn't take the time to show me the features of my new car nor did he help me register it with Cadillac. My car is currently sitting in my driveway in demo mode. The Finance person went with the first interest rate (7.43%) that he received when finding a loan for me. He had no real excuse as to why he chose that. I have an 806 credit score, which is in the excellent range. While i was waiting for my car to be made ready, I was able to call a bank and get approved for a loan at 5.04% interest. I felt swindled after leaving the dealership and that's not how a person should feel after purchasing a $70,000 car More
