Let me give you my headline first: I loved working with the people at this dealership. Now that I’ve got that out-of-the-way, let me tell you the other truth, which is that I would usually rather have a ro the people at this dealership. Now that I’ve got that out-of-the-way, let me tell you the other truth, which is that I would usually rather have a root canal with no anesthesia then to have to deal with any car dealer, so you know I’m serious when I tell you that working with Alexa, Shana and Jordan was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Alexa “got us“ within the first five minutes and unlike so many others, didn’t just wait for you to stop talking to her so she bludgeon you with her spiel or talk over us while we were patiently explaining what we were looking for and trying to achieve. She not only listened closely, she responded, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership buying a new car. On a scale of one to 10? Alexa was a solid 11. Jordan was also knowledgeable and a good guide towards understanding the protection plan options, never pushy or trying to drag things out until we finally got so exhausted that we just bought some plan he was relentlessly pushing just so we could get the heck out of there. Like Alexa, he explained things thoroughly and clearly and listened well and understood. I was as surprised as I was impressed because it hasn’t been my usual experience with car salespeople to say the least. Shana was our final link in the chain and was equally impressive teaching us all of the technology in this car (which btw is a couple of degrees short of the Starship Enterprise). She 100% knew what she was doing and walked us through every aspect of it, and even though my brain was full by the time we left we had been in good hands and as a result had a pretty good grasp of what was going on with it. Overall, a great experience. Dare I even say fun. Seriously, most of the time I’ve had to deal with car dealerships, well, by the time we spent a whole day there battling to not be sold what we didn’t want it darn near got to the point that all the fun had been taken out of it - to the point that by the end of it you almost didn’t CARE that you had an exciting new vehicle in your garage, you were that drained. I’m sure most people reading this know exactly what I’m talking about. Conclusion: 2 big thumbs up for the three folks mentioned above, and 3 for Alexa. Hey KIA, these folks deserve a bump financially, they represented you with flying colors. I’m serious, I’d love to have people like that working for me. (And no, we’re not related - I never met any of them before!😅) 👍 More
