I just bought a Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid with the hard to find BSI and color that I wanted. I thought might have to wait 2 or 3 months and they got it in a few day. The price was lower than other quotes I ha find BSI and color that I wanted. I thought might have to wait 2 or 3 months and they got it in a few day. The price was lower than other quotes I had by several thousand dollars and the trade in value of my old car was also higher. I recommend them. More

I purchased a new 2023 CRV Hybird Sport from Criswell Honda in Germantown Maryland on Friday April 14, 2023. It was a pleasant experience due to the excellent sales staff. Domininque Vattuone II was my s Honda in Germantown Maryland on Friday April 14, 2023. It was a pleasant experience due to the excellent sales staff. Domininque Vattuone II was my sales rep. He is knowledgable, kind and personable, three traits you usually don't find in sales staff when purchasing a car. He made the process of purchasing the car quick and easy. The business office also was helpful and low pressure. I did have to pay a dealer additional markup but they did lower the amount listed on the car sticker. Since the pandemic the auto sales industry has been difficult to navigate with car shortages according top the manufacturers. I have purchased 5 Hondas in my life time starting in 1985. Each one has been a great value and I would highly recommend owning a Honda. More
