Jorge was very helpful, caring, and an overall great salesman. I really love the vehicle I purchased and it was good doing business with him. The rest of the staff was great also, kind and listened to m salesman. I really love the vehicle I purchased and it was good doing business with him. The rest of the staff was great also, kind and listened to me and my wants/needs. However, the day I arrived home with my new vehicle, a dash light came on. I called the dealership right away to try and have them look at it and get it fixed, and u was scheduled for an appointment a week later. I would have expected there would’ve been more urgency to get the car looked at asap seeing as I just purchased it that day and there was already an issue after it had been inspected and cleared, maintenance wise, prior. Again, everyone has been great that I worked with through the process, I just would have expected a little more support and push to fix the issue much sooner than later. More
