Pine Acura is awesome. Robert Gonzalez was great as my salesman for my first purchase there. The Salesman Manager Sam Nelson was great as well so was the Business Manager J Robert Gonzalez was great as my salesman for my first purchase there. We purchased a car end of February from Georgia because we use to live in FL and purchased all my last 4 Acuras from them. We drove half way to pick it up. It’s been 4 months, and I still do not have a registration for the car. My license was suspended. NO ONE in the dealer can give you the right information. Starting from the sales person Michael Dougan, to sales manager to finance personal; Sean Bradford, George … no one. Customer service has been so dissatisfying and disappointing. The whole process has been beyond frustrating, and the fact that no one is willing to help makes it even worse. I had to contact Acura corporate to get help, because the dealer IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIRST CAR REGISTRATION, yet this dealer has decided to ignore the situation. You can’t even talk to a manager who will apologize or listen to your concerns. Still dealing with this situation. More
