There was SOME of the usual gamesmanship that goes into car purchases going on, but one of the things I like about Heiser is that they keep it to a minimum. That's why we chose them in the first case...unlike other dealers, they gave us an out-the-door price via messages first. Once we got there, they bargained in good faith and we got a negotiated price that left us entirely happy. We're the kind of people who treat car-buying the same way we treat getting a colonoscopy...but I have no doubt Heiser will be our first choice the next time we're car buying. Which will admittedly not happen until we drive this lovely blue Corolla into the ground. More
