Bought a Ford product in Fri Oct 20th. Needed diagnostics on Mon Oct 23. O2 sensor/ Bank 1 needed replacement. Worked on it from Wed 10/25-Fri 10/27. Now I hear a whining /grinding noise t Needed diagnostics on Mon Oct 23. O2 sensor/ Bank 1 needed replacement. Worked on it from Wed 10/25-Fri 10/27. Now I hear a whining /grinding noise that I recognize as the transmission, possibly an alternator. N·ot satisfied at all. Also, waiting on replacement parts and touch paint, told would be here in a week. I would like a timely email reply to address the current status of this '14 Ford Fusion, even if I need to take it to the Heiser Ford dealership. Thanks More
