Walked to the service center twice. Once to drop off my car for a scheduled recall appointment, and then again to pick up my car. Both occasions I was not assisted by anyone and had to find someone to help me after standing at someone’s desk for 10 minutes. Wasn’t even acknowledged. I stood at the desk of the gentleman who my appointment was scheduled with. Stood there for 10 minutes before asking another representative for help, only to find out my representative was not working that day. The new representative took over and handled my business but only because I asked. I’m curious how long I could have stood there before someone finally said something. Something the second time I visited, walked through the doors, ignored by multiple workers, some just scrolling on their phone. This time I didn’t wait as long before I just called on someone to help. Finally got my car. More

1. Your online scheduling is ridiculous. I had no confirmation that my appt was confirmed. 2. I had to come in to schedule an appt to find out my appt placed online was scheduled. 3.
