You should always receive the work you are paying for, especially under an extended service plan. I am also very concerned that you were not called back after reaching out to our service manager — communication and follow-through are fundamental, and we clearly fell short here. I will personally review your service history, including your Bronco’s visits, and make sure we address both the missed work and your extended service plan concerns.
