1. Your online scheduling is ridiculous. I had no confirmation that my appt was confirmed. 2. I had to come in to schedule an appt to find out my appt placed online was scheduled. 3. After trying to schedule service online I've been receiving numerous texts trying to sell me a Flex which I already own and wanted service for. 4.
