I have to say that Kier Bayala was a pleasure to work with. His kind and understanding nature really put me at ease the entire month I was without my car, whom I call “Storm”. It was a long process, for with. His kind and understanding nature really put me at ease the entire month I was without my car, whom I call “Storm”. It was a long process, for me, but I was reassured 100% of the time that my car would be taken care of and it was. Although, my remote starter control was damaged in the process, both Kier and Jose Gomez, the service manager, took the initiative to resolve the issue and are currently going to reimburse me for a replacement. Overall my experience was satisfactory and I’m super happy Kier Bayala kept his word and delivered on it. Thank you Kier, you deserve a promotion for being able to keep me cool, calm, and collective when this Rican almost lost it! Great work lol 😂. More

The Car Repair service is the worst. I went in for the Stop/Start light on Friday and they said it was the 'Alternate Battery' that needed to be replacement. They convinced me to purch I went in for the Stop/Start light on Friday and they said it was the 'Alternate Battery' that needed to be replacement. They convinced me to purchase the battery and along with labor - $375. People who were waiting with me complained the whole time saying that they only want to sell you parts and make money on work that are not even necessary. The next day - the same Stop/Start issue and also my 'Check Engine' light come on. The worst part is that they don't call you back and won't take the car without appointments. I had to leave my car in hopes that they will fix it whenever! If I could give a 0 star - I would. More
