Our 2 daughters were given sweets and hot chocolate while we were doing the paperwork , the $30 missing from our bank transfer from the UK were offered to us, the car was handed over to us extremely clean and shiny. 5 stars all round! Great Salesman, Lousy Finance Manager Charles Goldstein is great. Attentive, informative, responsive, flexible. Please ask for him at Garavel Subaru. Elena Aviles is also great. However, Jose Marin and the finance team like to spring expensive service protection plans on you at the last moment without providing you with the time to research them. This practice gives car dealers a bad reputation and makes people suspicious. More

Highly personalized and engaged Dave was great from helping me find the right car all the way through making sure we had all the right info (in the right way) to register the car out Dave was great from helping me find the right car all the way through making sure we had all the right info (in the right way) to register the car out of state. He even went the extra mile in unloading the gear (including ski rack) from my trade in to my new car. He was fantastic in showing me and letting me try out the new features of the car from eyesight to android play and ensuring I was comfortable with them. He also helped make sure I retained my status for the VIP program, made complicated by the fact that I'm on maternity leave. I highly recommend Garavel and Dave. More

He has excellent car knowledge and his interest in his clients made this a comfortable and happy experience. He has great follow through and shepherded me through the process. I also will say that this is my 4th Subaru and his was the best walk through of the features/pre flight review that I have ever had. I live in Greenwich but I shall come back and refer others. I love my Subaru Ascent! I have driven a 2016 Forester for the last 3 years; I loved the car and how it drove; however, it just wasn't big enough for me. I am tall, 5'9" and the Forester just wasn't roomy enough. Yesterday I purchased my 2019 Ascent...I love this car!! The way it drives and the ride is amazing! So happy with my new car! More

Jose in financing worked our package for us and made the transaction happen! We were impressed with the walk around the dealership and the friendly team we meet. The time spent with my daughter Bailey in the car to help her learn the car functions was invaluable and she felt at ease driving off the lot!
