Jose was very easy to work with, knowledgable and tried very hard to achieve the best pricing, Matthew was not helpful and I left with a bad feeling that he did not want me to be happy with the lease. Pu very hard to achieve the best pricing, Matthew was not helpful and I left with a bad feeling that he did not want me to be happy with the lease. Purchased a lease for the same auto three years ago for $360 per month...the new lease is $433 per month. Not happy with the large increase. Asked for some service credit...he said no. Asked for $420 or $430 per month...he said no. I should have walked out but the auto needed to be turned in on 1-1-2024. Definitely my last lease or purchase with Penske. More
