They misdiagnosed my truck, we waited about a month for the part to come in and it wasn’t even the issue. I took the truck back no more than 30 minuets after it was “ready”. The paperwork stated they test drove it, but there’s absolutely no way given the fact that I could tell the problem was still there before leaving the parking lot. It’s been 4 days since I dropped it back off and they haven’t touched it. The service department refuses to answer the phone or call you back. Find another dealership for service. More

I had a check engine light pop up on my jeep. Dropped it off and was told they were behind 2.5 weeks, which was ok with me as they needed.to replace recalls as well.
