Once again the absolute worst experience ever, consistently lied to, never received a phone call even though they stated they would multiple times, vehicle is almost a week past from original date consistently lied to, never received a phone call even though they stated they would multiple times, vehicle is almost a week past from original date of when it was supposed to be fixed and still not fixed. Absolutely will never be returning to this dealership or any dealership they own More

Extremely poor service. From the beginning. It was just 2 days short of being there 12 weeks, to get my service done. Your advisor lied to us on several occasions, did not relay information to the mechani 2 days short of being there 12 weeks, to get my service done. Your advisor lied to us on several occasions, did not relay information to the mechanics, did not order parts needed, when asked several times about additional items needed fixed while waiting for other parts, she ignored that as well. Warranty people had requested several times for information that advisor didn't send... case got closed. Had to go into dealership personally to get some of these issues worked out and the "case" reopened. Asked for copies of paperwork and photos and never received them. Not happy. Not happy at all!!!!!! More

I made my appt and brought my Jeep in first thing in the morning. Then I get a call at 11:00-ish that the don’t have the part. I was promised I’d be called when part/airbag came in. So disappointing. Saving grace was the shuttle to get me to work and back to pick up my Jeep Togo home. More
