BAD SERVICE I TOOK MY DAUGHTER'S CAR TO GET SERVICED, I ASKED THEM TO RESET THE SERVICE LIGHT,CHECK THE PRESSURE IN TIRES BECAUSE THE PRESSURE LIGHT WAS ON. I TOO I TOOK MY DAUGHTER'S CAR TO GET SERVICED, I ASKED THEM TO RESET THE SERVICE LIGHT,CHECK THE PRESSURE IN TIRES BECAUSE THE PRESSURE LIGHT WAS ON. I TOOK IT IN AT NOON AND I RECEIVED THE CALL AT ABOUT 3:30 PM THAT IT WAS READY. I SENT MY DAUGHTER TO PICKUP HER CAR AND SHE CALLED ME TELLING ME THAT ALL THE LIGHT WERE STILL ON AND THAT THEY DIDN'T TOP OFF THE OTHER FLUIDS LIKE WINDSHIELD FLUID. SO I LEFT WORK TOOK THE CAR BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND ASK FOR MANAGER, I SPOKE TO JOSE AND ASKED WHAT THEY'RE SERVICED CONSISTED OF AND HE ACTED AND HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. SO I ASKED IF THEY TOPPED OFF FLUID LIKE THE WINDSHIELD FLUID AND HE SAID IT WASN'T IN THEIR POLICY TO TOP OFF FLUIDS AND WAS A COMPLETE xxxxxxx. I WENT INSIDE MAIN BUILDING AND TALKED TO MIKE JONES AND HE TOOK CARE OF IT FOR ME. HONESTLY EVEN THOUGHT I HAVE LIFE TIME OIL CHANGES I WON'T BE TAKING IT BACK THERE, I RATHER PAY FOR IT THAN DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE JOSE. More
