Bad experience with sales, finance and service. I have not had a good experience with your dealer at all would not recommend. I am unhappy that I was forced into a maintenance plan and now have to I have not had a good experience with your dealer at all would not recommend. The first service our keys were lost an employee blocked our car in and left with the key very unprofessional. Staff needs a lot of training to get to where you need in customer service to retain customers. Please do not call to apologize fix your internal issues and deliver what you're selling. More

My service and warranty work were done fine but one of my issues is unresolved. Big Star says it's OnStar and OnStar says it's Big Star.
