It was soooo nice having someone pick up my car, bring it in for servicing, and then bring my car back to me. I even received photos and updates as the car was being serviced. So far, I've only had great experiences with the folks at Big Star Cadillac. More

It took about a month, but finally somebody came to my house to pick it up and take it to the shop to get it worked on. My vehicle sat for 1 week without being touched, Yall apologized and said that when somebody Is available to work on it y’all would call us. Now I’ve had the vehicle for over 3 months, and y’all have yet to work on the things that need working on. I payed top dollar for a vehicle therefor I expected top dollar customer service, so far that has not been the case. More
