Very pleased with my transaction Recently picked up a CPO Caddy CT6. Very pleased with my transaction. Have dealt with them in the past for service on my previous CTS. Saw car onli Recently picked up a CPO Caddy CT6. Very pleased with my transaction. Have dealt with them in the past for service on my previous CTS. Saw car online and took a ride to look at it. Dealer called me up during the week after my visit to see if I had any questions. I talked details of a possible deal over the phone. There was no hard sell to get me back into the dealership. Terms were agreeable so I agreed to close the deal. Stopped in to do the paperwork and everything was handled in a timely & professional manner. Dealer raised optional coverage on rims and an extended warranty but wasn't pushy in any way. I knew of a financing special through Cadillac and there was no attempt to shop the loan. Best of all, no dealer add on fees. There was a very reasonable $75 documentation fee that covered the DMV paperwork but that was it. Upon pickup car was delivered in excellent condition and my sales consultant Joe took the time to walk me through all of the car's features. Very pleased overall and would recommend. More
