They diagnosed and fixed a long standing issue with my car for $240. Took my car to other shops and spent thousands trying to fix the issue. I was always scared of the dealerships due to cost but I was wr car for $240. Took my car to other shops and spent thousands trying to fix the issue. My biggest gripe with this dealership is that nobody welcomes you. You don't get any kind of welcome or hi, they just stare at you and they go on about their day like you're invisible.. They make you fe welcomes you. You don't get any kind of welcome or hi, they just stare at you and they go on about their day like you're invisible.. They make you feel like you're bothering them. I may be old school. But I miss the days where they made you feel welcome. And this is the reason why I only go to the dealership when I absolutely have to otherwise, I find friendlier places to get my work done. Would I go back to gosh Ford for service only if I had to. Would I purchase a vehicle at gosh ford in the future. most likely I would not. More
