My wife and I had discussed ma & used. I will say that the decision to purchase our 2024 IX XDRIVE50 from Ferman BMW was absolutely the right choice. My wife and I had discussed many different brands of cars and fuel types.When she found the BMW it was a light had came on and we drove down to see the car. To our surprise it was sitting inside full of food for the food drive. Our salesman Joe was speaking to a young lady named Leah at the back of the SUV when we arrived, They both greeted us with a smile. As Joe explained the car to us we talked about our trade when we were introduced to David, who gave us a fair price for the trade. We then Was introduced to Aaron the finance manager who took over the part that is recognized as the hardest part of any car deal. This is where the feeling of high anxiety starts. But with Aaron it was the complete opposite. We felt relaxed he answered all of our questions gave us opinions on the warranty, interest rates, & everything in between. At that point we were introduced to Leah as our BMW Genius, Who by the way was great in the way she taught my wife the ends and outs of the car. What an asset you have with these 4 incredible nice and professional associates Joe,David, Aaron & Leah. We wish to thank each of these 4 for the amazing service..YOU ALLROCK More

While I have been happy with the car, one thing that I find unsatisfactory is having to buy a new battery within 48 hours of driving off the dealer a lot and being locked out of the car due to the fact th find unsatisfactory is having to buy a new battery within 48 hours of driving off the dealer a lot and being locked out of the car due to the fact the locks and security system run off the battery. I understand that used cars are sold as is but a battery is something basic that should be tested and checked before the vehicle is delivered. Joseph as a sales advisor was excellent and extremely easy to deal with and I would consider working with him down the road on a future purchase. Kyle as the finance manager was ok to deal with. One thing I was not very fond of was him trying to tell me my interest rate was 12% when it was actually 8%. He did what I needed to but it required some back and forth arguing and I think that if it wasn’t for being 15 minutes to closing he may not have been as flexible. More

Positives: - Joe was very responsive via texts - The front desk receptionist was very sweet. She saw I had only a small water and grabbed a larger water bottle. Actually had to go to a car wash the next day and scrubbed the outside/inside of the car. - I asked for a bag to transfer my items from previous car. A trash bag was handed to me, which I declined and moved it by hand Vs using a trash bag… - A deal was made and then when I went to finance, turns out the deal was using a bank bank does not finance electric cars, which I was told the new payment would be more…ultimately the original offer was met, but frustrated that it had to get to a point where I was going to just walk out.
