I have $19,000 miles on my 2019 MKC. I bought it with approximately 6,000 on it. I had two oil changes and tire rotation done at 5,000 intervals. At 19,000 miles I am told my tires ar I bought it with approximately 6,000 on it. I had two oil changes and tire rotation done at 5,000 intervals. At 19,000 miles I am told my tires are cupped and should be replaced to get rid of the uneven wear and the humming noise. If my vehicle was serviced correctly, they would have noticed the it needed an alinement. Very disappointed in the prior service work on my rotation of tires. More

I was a new customer hoping to have my fleet of trucks services by Gordie. The 1st oil change I had, the tech didn't tighten the oil filter and when I got home oil was leaking all over my concrete drivewa services by Gordie. The 1st oil change I had, the tech didn't tighten the oil filter and when I got home oil was leaking all over my concrete driveway. I called service manager and He said that he would make a note on my account for a free oil change. Next oil change came and no note on my account. Very disappointed. Will be taking my trucks to Ewald in Hartford from now on. More
