Eddy Elsayed made the transition from one leased veh into another, very easy. We did not spend all day or half a day..... completing paperwork, etc. He was very patient with my daughter during the test driv another, very easy. We will definitely return when it's time to get another veh. More

Bought my electric Mercedes at this dealership. Did not have a great experience with my very young salesman, luckily I knew exactly which car I wanted to buy. I pre-paid for all the service and I’v Did not have a great experience with my very young salesman, luckily I knew exactly which car I wanted to buy. I pre-paid for all the service and I’ve taken my car always to Palm Springs instead of to this dealership. I had an issue with the car overheating, turned out to be a faulty water pump. My actual service advisor was amazing. Kept me informed every step of the way, let me know it was under warranty, got me a loaner at no cost, just all around Great. However, when it was time to pick up the car, Joseph was my service advisor. He did not introduce himself. My car wasn’t quite ready. And when they brought it around it was not charged. Not charging had been the reason I brought it in, I was concerned if the charging issue had been resolved. unfortunately, Joseph was on the phone, or laughing with his coworkers, and I was unable to get his attention. Eventually, someone else helped me, it was put on the slow charger for four minutes, it received zero charge, was taken off the charger and brought back around. I was then told it appeared to be charging normally because it had received zero charge I wanted to at least see it gain some charge And requested it be put back on the charger. The fast charger was being used to charge a car that was not being picked up that night where my car that was now promised an hour earlier was put on the slow charger. It received 2% charge. I agreed to take my car home. As I left, Joseph was laughing with his coworkers about what a hard worker he was, about “what xxxxxxxx” the young guys at the shop are, how he works rings around the rest of them, and he was looking forward to leaving for the night. No one bothered to say goodbye to me as I walked out and got in my car. More

Joseph Loera was once again a great service agent for us. We had a smell of gas around our C300, and the techs were able to find a small leak in a line to the fuel pump. Joseph determined that this issue was covered by an extended warranty and that there was no charge to us for replacing the line. Thanks a lot, we appreciate it! We would recommend Joseph for anyone seeking assistance with their Mercedes service. More

The team at Walters MBZ is very professional. They are polite and the facilities are exceptionally clean. We were provided a loaner vehicle while our car was in for service. I give Walter's Mercedes a 5 star when it comes to good customer service: * Ease of reserving the service online or the friendliness of the staff answering the phone on the other line *Professionalism an customer service: * Ease of reserving the service online or the friendliness of the staff answering the phone on the other line *Professionalism and friendliness of the staff of the employees who greet me when I arrive at the center *The tire specialist who checked the condition of my tires at every visit *The complimentary car wash * The service crew who gives thorough complimentary check-up to ensure my long travel *Warranty provided on my past service and parts* *Reasonable wait time. When my car needs longer time to fix, they ensure that I am provided a loaner from the dealer or a rental company. *The use of the fancy cappuccino machine, cold water, and variety of snacks in the "VIP" lounge. I especially would like to give a two thumbs up to my last service advisor, Joe Loera, Michael Ramos, and my most recent advisor - Wayne Anderson. Wayne listened and addressed my vehicle concerns. Due to extensive maintenance my vehicle needs, he helped me a lot by providing me a list of the maintenance of my vehicle and prioritizing the repairs I need right away, and explained everything in layman's term. Wayne is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I hope Walter's Mercedes-Benz continue to support their employees, reward their best employees so that they continue to serve us with a smile. Not many companies provide the best customer service as they do at this dealership. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next service/repair or buy my next Mercedes.
