Easy Peasy Just wanted to say how pleased we were after bringing our GLB250 to Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, for an issue with our air conditioning system Just wanted to say how pleased we were after bringing our GLB250 to Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, for an issue with our air conditioning system. Joseph Loera was the service representative who took very good care of us. He was thorough in explaining the process to resolve our AC issue. He arranged a courtesy car for my wife and I, which was most appreciated. Joseph kept us updated with the status of our vehicle for the two days it was being serviced. Joseph truly did provide us with excellent customer service. We are once again enjoying the coolness of AC in our Mercedes-Benz GLB250. Thank you, Joseph Loera! You made it Easy Peasy! More
