It's one thing to get great service when you spend a lot of money, but not when you come in for just a diagnostic check on a 2007 C230. I did not do the repair on my open sunroof but they still gave me the of money, but not when you come in for just a diagnostic check on a 2007 C230. I did not do the repair on my open sunroof but they still gave me the red carpet treatment. My Service Advisor, Alex Ramirez, set me up with a ride home and a ride back when my car was ready. He returned the car washed and his team went out of their way to secure my sunroof. It's nice to see Walter's MB doesn't just have a few excellent people because this is at least my 15th similar experience their. More

I unfortunately experienced a right rear tire blowout while passing through the Riverside area about 100 miles away from home. After having my Mercedes flatbedded to Walter's MB, Joseph Loera and the Wa while passing through the Riverside area about 100 miles away from home. After having my Mercedes flatbedded to Walter's MB, Joseph Loera and the Walter's MB support staff were all courtesy, professional, and outstanding to work with. Despite being later in the day, Joseph was able to find an available rental car and a Walter's MB support staff member drove me several miles over to the rental car location. I really appreciate the total service provided and getting my repaired vehicle back on the road as quick as possible. Thank you. More

Joseph Loera is now another reason why Walter's MB of Riverside will continue to have my business. This gentleman took me in, handled the business and got me out in record time. He made sure everything o Riverside will continue to have my business. This gentleman took me in, handled the business and got me out in record time. He made sure everything on my checklist was addressed and even went over the things that were NOT on my list. Service was above and beyond. No one really gets excited for their next service appointment, but I was more at ease knowing that Mr Loera and his team are there to take care of my vehicle. More
