My Service Advisor, Alex Ramirez, set me up with a ride home and a ride back when my car was ready. He returned the car washed and his team went out of their way to secure my sunroof. It's nice to see Walter's MB doesn't just have a few excellent people because this is at least my 15th similar experience their.

After having my Mercedes flatbedded to Walter's MB, Joseph Loera and the Walter's MB support staff were all courtesy, professional, and outstanding to work with. Despite being later in the day, Joseph was able to find an available rental car and a Walter's MB support staff member drove me several miles over to the rental car location. I really appreciate the total service provided and getting my repaired vehicle back on the road as quick as possible. Thank you.
