When my car needs longer time to fix, they ensure that I am provided a loaner from the dealer or a rental company. *The use of the fancy cappuccino machine, cold water, and variety of snacks in the "VIP" lounge. I especially would like to give a two thumbs up to my last service advisor, Joe Loera, Michael Ramos, and my most recent advisor - Wayne Anderson. Wayne listened and addressed my vehicle concerns. Due to extensive maintenance my vehicle needs, he helped me a lot by providing me a list of the maintenance of my vehicle and prioritizing the repairs I need right away, and explained everything in layman's term. Wayne is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I hope Walter's Mercedes-Benz continue to support their employees, reward their best employees so that they continue to serve us with a smile.
