Brought my vehicle for servicing after taking it to a 3rd party German Auto Mechanic advising me that the right front axle and lower control arm were damaged and needed. The “servicing” dept didn’t even inspect my vehicle but kept it for 4 days and couldn’t “replicate” the sound my car was making. They in fact told me they didn’t inspect it but just went off the 3rd party mechanic’s diagnosis and tried to charge me double what the mechanic was charging. Keep in mind I only had the vehicle for 50 days/1200 miles
