Great Response , action The phone call to the dealer was made and the technician arrived in about 15 minutes armed with a booster cable and was able to jump start my care wit The phone call to the dealer was made and the technician arrived in about 15 minutes armed with a booster cable and was able to jump start my care with no problem. UPon driving my car to the dealer, I was greeted by Joe Mistretta with a smile and assurance that our car would be serviced quickly. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while waiting as well in a neatly provided waiting room. The the replacement battery was installed, and the warranty was accepted. No charge. The car is running great!!
