Jeff was very congenial, attentive, and encouraged us to communicate our wish list for our new Edge. We got just about everything we hoped for, and we are very pleased with our new Edge. Jeff made every effort to make our experience as pleasant as possible. Without hesitation, we would recommend and refer others to Jeff. (Mr. Russell, and Mr McCarroll were very gracious, but other than being introduced to them, we had very little direct contact with them.) Mr Pisarik, our finance rep,, was very personable and helpful, and did a great job of wrapping up the deal. Overall, we had a very good experience at Five Star Ford- Carrollton, TX. More

Easiest Truck Buying Experience Ever! Many thanks to Lane Alexander and Joseph Walker for being such professional young men in their prospective roles in the sales and technical end of the Many thanks to Lane Alexander and Joseph Walker for being such professional young men in their prospective roles in the sales and technical end of the auto business and who make such a great team, which made our truck buying such an excellent experience and smooth and enjoyable, after my husband and I having to go through such a bad experience the previous weekend at Elliott Ford in Mount Pleasant, TX. What a nightmare! Thanks to Justin for working with us on our trade-in and for his role as Sales Manager, and thanks to Carlos who got us through our financing smoothly. Our whole buying experience was definitely worth the long trip from our home at Cedar Creek Lake in Seven Points, TX. NOTE: We chose not to have our new F-150 Lariat washed again on the day we picked it up, because it was misting rain. But, we were a little concerned that the person(s) who did the window tinting for the dealership did not clean up the water marks and/or drips, fingerprints and footprints off the inside of the truck on the dash and wipe down the inside of the doors, windows and front windshield. Just wanted to point this out! More

Everyone made it a smooth transition and helped me understand my options of pricing, leasing, benefits to both buying vs. leasing for my age. Jared showed me cars in my price range, but also what I was wanting; didn't try to sell me something else which is nice. He definitely made my first time getting a car hassle free. I was worried it was going to take hours on hours and it didn't. Overall, the staff was very nice, the dealership was clean and well kept. Joseph, helped me understand all the technology since my last car was 12 years older and had no technology in it. I got an AMAZING deal, which I know it would not have been possible anywhere else. I love my new Ford Escape! More
