I was debating on whether or not to keep my current tundra or get a new one so I went to see Chuck. I was also introduced to Josh a colleague of Chuck's during this deal. Chuck and Josh managed to bring so much value to the deal for me, there wasn't much of a decision to make after that. And, the best part about working with Chuck - once you buy the a vehicle from him, the service is just beginning! Great experience buying a car - we got the car we wanted! We met Casey a year ago when we were considering a mini-van. He was friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information. We decided to hold off and he was respectful of that. We came back a year later now wanting an SUV. He asked a lot of good questions and helped us identify the vehicle we wanted. We considered a new car - but he found us great value in a lightly used Highlander. He entertained us and our kids while we waited and waded through the process. We bought the car in 1 afternoon/evening. We are very happy so far and are on the schedule to get a great deal on snow tires. Josh helped us with financing and he was really nice and easy to work with. More

We discovered we shared some common background He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. We told him what we thought we were looking for and he quickly helped us narrow are search and brought out a vehicle to test drive. He told us about an incentive that I was not aware of and help us craft it to be very advantageous. He was wonderful about answering questions and was happy to stay late so we could drive the car home that evening. The car purchase processes I had been through in the past had turned into all day events. Not so this time thanks to Chucky and Josh Cousino in finance- we were out with a wonderful new RAV 4 Hybrid that we are extremely pleased in just a few hours More

Best in Burlington When looking to trade in my previous vehicle, I visited almost every dealership in Burlington. Toyota by far was the top of the list. Everyone I spoke with here was kind and helpful, the cars they showed me were exactly what I was looking for, all of my questions were answered. Josh in financing was amazing and made going through the paperwork understandable and fun. Ryan in sales was the best salesman I met in my search for a car, hands down - and when I settled on my RAV4 the Sales manager even came out to speak with me. Over all a great experience, I don’t think I’ll be moving away from Toyota for as long as I’m a car owner and driver. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Heritage Toyota! More

My recent sales rep. was Elizabeth Bockus (Liz). From the first time we met in the parking lot through to the end of the purchase, she was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She made our experience (my wife and I) very easy and pleasing. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone out there who wants the same experience. Josh Cousino in Finance was equally impressive.
