I had called for service on my car the first guy told me it would take 3 weeks. I called back and spoke to Josh he told me to come up the next day. Josh was awesome he made sure everything was fix. Have always gotten excellent service and care from the service dept. I own a Lincoln that I get serviced there. Haven’t had to return to the Lincoln dealer since I purchased the car.
