Well, I'm not sure where to begin, I had my Ram towed to Klaben Dodge/Ram for damage that I admit that I caused. I spoke with Josh and he had the damage assessed and a quote was generated. I had to wait for Klaben Dodge/Ram for damage that I admit that I caused. I spoke with Josh and he had the damage assessed and a quote was generated. I had to wait for the money for the half down payment for parts to be ordered. I requested to inspect the damage to the truck before parts were ordered, specifically the Exhaust that was damaged and cracked and would need replaced. Josh said he would get back to me after speaking to the Tech. After that conversation with the Tech, Josh said that that although the exhaust was damaged it was not cracked or leaking so that was removed from the quote at my request. Flash forward about 7 days or so and the parts arrived and Josh would schedule the truck to be repaired and updates would be forwarded. So, on the day of the install I called the dealership service for and update and was informed the service Tech that did the original inspection totally missed the oil pan that a blind man would have found damaged and of course the tech was not working because of some medical/personal issues. I set up a time where Josh and the service dispatcher to inspect the damage to the oil pan. I inspected the damage and concluded that yes, the oil pan was damaged beyond repair and would have to be replaced. also, the transfer skid plate although damaged it did not require replacement and it was removed from the work order. Last but not least the gas tank had to be replaced due to damage, with that being said and not knowing how much gas was originally in the tank it was left on the low alarm fuel level, and it required 27 gallons to fill up. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. My daughter and I have purchased and or leased vehicles from Klaben for over 15 years and are both very satisfied.
