I am sorry the technician issues and absence were even raised. That was another failure on our part. It’s not your problem and has no bearing on our team delivering a satisfying experience. I and the Team are committed to compensating you for the next two fill-ups of your fuel tank (I am embarrassed that we did not replenish your tank prior to you picking up your truck!) AND for the cost of the oil pan.
