I cannot rave enough about the service we received and the experience overall. After visiting a number of area dealerships and test driving a number of cars, we we getting worn out by the whole car buying experience. Walking onto the lot at Crewes Subaru was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable, and, unlike many of the places we had been before, they seemed like they genuinely wanted to help us find the right car at a price we could live with. Both Robert and Josh were very patient with us while we looked over the options and made a decision. I sincerely felt like the entire process was straightforward and honest. I cannot say enough about the knowledge and enthusiasm that Robert brought into the sale - he really loves cars and just wants to help you make an informed decision. Josh was very easy to work with and we felt like he made the extra effort to get us the best deal possible. I would absolutely recommend Crewes Subaru to any of my friends and would return in the future for another vehicle; I cannot say enough about how happy we were with the service we received there. More

The staff was wonderful and very responsive to all of our questions. My husband knew exactly what he wanted and Carmelo helped to make sure he got the car he wanted. I had no idea what I wanted and Carmelo was very patient with me as I test drove multiple cars and had to continue sitting in the car to be sure it was correct. Multiple people in the dealership remembered us and stopped to talk and ask how we were doing during our second purchase. I like that there is not a lot of haggling and I never felt like the dealership was trying to work numbers in their advantage. Everything was very straightforward and as stress-free as car buying can be. I would highly recommend buying from Crews. More

This is our second Subaru purchase with Crews, and both purchases have been fair, straightforward, and an enjoyable experience. I appreciate the extra time I know everyone took to make the Impreza purchase happen. Josh and I were on the phone back and forth a number of times last week; it is great to be kept informed of what is being done and how he was working hard to get us a great deal on a great Subaru. In addition, Josh was key to me coming back to Crews. Thanks, Josh!! Millet, your time taking me for the test drives and answering all my questions at the dealership is greatly appreciated. It is so nice to simply talk with someone about a purchase and the options available rather than every aspect of the conversation feeling like a "deal." Thank you for your time and help last week! All Round Excellent Experience I recently stopped by to take a quick look at the Subaru XV Cross Trek.
