Even though Joshua is now in a management position, he was willing to speak to us and help us along in this buying decision. Our sales rep, Josh Howell was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He took the time to review the entire vehicle before we left the lot, and was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally, working with Anthony Snyder was an easy and enjoyable experience. I was in the market to buy a new Ford Fusion. I did all my "pre-buying" homework and knew what I wanted. Looking at dealerships came next; Five Star in North Richland Hills had the selection and so I cont my "pre-buying" homework and knew what I wanted. I emailed the Internet sales team and Jim Rich immediately replied and assured me that he was the person to put me in the car I wanted. I gave him a little bit of a hard time in my email, telling him that my time was valuable to me and I didn't want to sit at the dealership all day. He did a great job lining up a few vehicles for me to test drive and I was sold within 90 minutes. I picked my car and returned the next business day to sign documents, give them my trade in and pick up my fantastic new Fusion. It was fast friendly and not stressful in the least. We went to Five Star Ford looking for an Explorer. Once we told Chad and Joshua what we were looking for an why, they showed us the Explorer we wanted to see and helped us realize it was not the car for us we told Chad and Joshua what we were looking for an why, they showed us the Explorer we wanted to see and helped us realize it was not the car for us. We needed more leg room in the back seat. We are a tall family with taller than average children. They showed us a Flex and we explained the options we were looking for. We were short on time so they said they would send us information on some Flex's that we might be interested in. Over the next two days we talked and e-mailed and they went above an beyond to answer our questions and to find us a Flex at another location. They were able to have the car the next day for us to test drive. After we decided on the car, we sat with Tony. He checked multiple financing companies and gave us multiple options. I was able to get out of a very bad "LEMON" car that another dealorship sold to my husband and I. Diron, helped me from the begining and was very sweet. I bought two cars in eight days from Justin. I had some special needs and had to cut expenses. Justin worked the numbers and got me into a 2011 Explorer.
