Overall great experience I found my F-150 online so when I walked into the dealership, I knew exactly which truck I was looking for, down to the stock number. Eddie greeted me as my wife and I walked in and once I told him which truck I was after, the whole buying/negotiating process went quickly and smoothly. One of the managers stopped by and was very friendly, spending time to chat about their dealership and its commitment to their customers. My only negative observation was that once we were sent to fill out our financing paperwork, it seemed we were forgotten about. We waited for just over an hour and a half to meet with someone, even though most of the offices and waiting room sat empty of customers after about 45 minutes. Other than that obvious miscommunication that Eddie apologized for several times, I'd say my experience overall was very good - definitely worth passing several other Ford dealerships on the hour-plus drive to get there! Great job Five Star Ford! More

Hector showed me everything I needed to know about the Ford Flex and didn't bore me with the things I don't care about. We discussed options and upgrades and leases vs. buying and he helped me find what would work for me and my lifestyle. Then my husband noticed the new Mustang on the showroom floor and suddenly (how did that happen?) we were buying 2 cars. There was very little haggling and NONE of the typical "let me talk to my manager" nonsense. I did not leave there feeling my intelligence had been insulted. Tut made the finance part fun and easy. A few mistakes were made in regards to after market issues. After bringing these to the attention of a person calling me for a phone survey, i got a call from Joshua. He not only listened well, but owned the mistakes made and went above and beyond to make things right. I have NEVER experienced that level of excellence in customer service. Allan in the service dept even corrected issues that were not Five Star Ford's to fix. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with this dealership and their honest commitment to do what is right. I will definitely be back! More

With their experience, friendliness, and overall great customer service they had turned any worry I had in buying a car into a very pleasant experience for me. They didn't suggest anything that was way out of my price range, or pressure me into anything that I was uncomfortable with. They had picked out cars that were exactly what I was looking for, and ultimately let me know that whatever I was comfortable with was what I should get. And sure enough I was able to buy my 2012 Ford Focus that was just suited for me. I recommend this dealership and all of these employees to anyone looking for a car. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
