I was going to trade in my lease for a new vehicle at Heritage Subaru and Justin, Shawn, and Josh were all wonderful! I went back and forth via email with these two for some time before coming out to the dealership and I appreciate their patience and helpfulness at every turn. When we spoke to Alex about potentially moving up to Ascents a few months ago, we were nervous it was going to take a while to get two 7 passengers Premiums. Not only did we get them, but we got them in the colors we wanted and in record time. Jay Rhee was fantastic when I was in the dealership on Friday.
