We asked to look at several different Lexus RX 350 AWD models, and he never once acted bothered or impatient. He insisted on bringing the requested vehicles to us in the shade so we would not have to walk in the sun and heat. He opened every vehicle, explained things in a way that made sense, and made sure we had all the time we needed. You could tell he actually cared about helping us find the right one, not just pushing us into something. What meant the most was how he made us feel like we mattered.
