The sales staff was friendly and helpful, especially Charlie, the Sales Manager. The Finance team was great. the service team, however did not match the rest of the team - they let me leave with a 9 yea Charlie, the Sales Manager. The Finance team was great. the service team, however did not match the rest of the team - they let me leave with a 9 year old battery that stranded my son. I have AAA and was able to have them replace the battery without a tow. I believe the Service Team should have caught this before delivering the car to me. More
