Josue Cruz was a pleasure to work with! The first salesman I spoke to was Jackie. He did not like the fact that I was upfront and told him that I do not like pushing salesman and that I knew The first salesman I spoke to was Jackie. He did not like the fact that I was upfront and told him that I do not like pushing salesman and that I knew exactly what I came in to see. He immediately decided that his personality would not be a good fit with mine and rudely told me that he did not want to help me. Josue Cruz was the salesman that I spoke to next. Josue showed me complete respect and diligently listened to my mission. He was very polite and was easy to work with and we sealed a deal with the car purchase. Cruz was also great in being patient with me and he did a great job following up after the sale. My disappointment was that Grand Prairie Ford management was not willing to negotiate even a few dollars to help me feel like I received a great deal. That was disappointing because over the past 10 years I have purchased eight vehicles for my family and have always been able to negotiate price which helped me feel like I got the best deal for my money. GP Ford management refused to negotiate at all, even when I was paying cash and not financing. More

Used F-250 My salesman went way above the call and duty to sell me this truck, including driving it to my house, in a monsoon rain, to see if it fit in my carpor My salesman went way above the call and duty to sell me this truck, including driving it to my house, in a monsoon rain, to see if it fit in my carport.
