Very polite and friendly and it was a super easy no pressure buying experience! My only issues is that I bought a car and it had almost no gas, only about 80 miles to empty. When I said something to the sales guy, he noted the current gas crisis, which I understand but I am buying a $30k, and said the best he could do was for me to come back on Saturday, I bought on Thursday, and he would fill it up for me with his fleet card. Well, I live 40 miles away, so 80 miles round trip to get my tank filled up in at really ideal convenient. I wouldn’t have even bothered leaving a review, but upon leaving the dealership and traveling 0.5 miles, I stopped at the Costco next door and filled up completely. I even mentioned to the salesman if they could just give me a gift card for gas or something so I didn’t need to come back but was told no. I did not go back for gas, and don’t intended to for two reasons: 1) it’s too far to drive when I should have been provided gas at the time of purchase 2) I don’t want to drive all the way there just for my request to be denied. More

Horrible delivery experience. The number weren’t correct during the transaction and had to write a separate check outside of the transaction due to their error. I really should report this to BBB. I guess these are the Harry stories that I’ve heard but never experienced in 12 car purchases.. Also, Purchased accessories were not installed. Had to go back to dealership on two separate occasions to have the accessories installed correctly. Dealer didn’t reprogram the vehicle At delivery. Had to have the vehicle detailed as it was dirty. More
