Jovanni did a great job finding my Subaru and answering all my questions. He made himself available for any concerns I had and made the overall experience of purchasing a new car a good one. He explained thoroughly all the features on the Subaru during two test drives and really sold me on the qualities of this vehicle I was interested in learning about and ultimately did buy. I would certainly recommend him and your dealership to anyone who expresses to me their desire to buy a new Subaru. Jovanni’s availability and follow through and over all pleasant nature made the whole process non stressful and educational. I also had a very pleasant follow up session with Emmylea to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding the vehicle. She answered all my questions completely and I feel if any concerns or questions come up in the future, both these individuals are there for me. The customer service obviously does not just stop after the vehicle purchase and I think this speaks very highly of your dealership and values. More
